Beware!!! They take your $ but won't deliver.

Booked a room with 2-bed on Expedia. Upon arrival, they tried to put us in a room with one bed (with full view of my family of four). They insisted that they do not know/care about the request. It is a problem between Expedia and us. They don't have roll-away bed, or any other room. We just left and went to another hotel.
After the trip, we called Expedia to get the refund. The hotel refused. They confirmed that they did not provide the room requested but they will not give the money back!!! Expedia did send them the reqeust (otherwise how would they confirm that the request is not honored!) The hotel basically took the money and provide nothing. What a scam!
If you only need a bed then fine I guess. But anything more, please think twice. We were lucky to find another hotel with 2 beds (Marriott, excellent reservation rep and excellent hotel) at 7pm. Image if we had arrived at midnight!
