Super 8 Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls

This was a very good experience, for our reunion. The rooms were great, clean and spacious. The staff was all very friendly and helpful everyone with the reunion was impressed with the whole experience and the price was very affordable. Would recommend to anyone.

My husband my two daughters and one of my daughters boyfriend and I we enjoyed our 2 rm suite. We stayed for two nights. One of the housekeeping staff she was a doll as soon as we got there, she ask us if we had enough towels if everything was ok with the room, too bad I didn't get her name, but I don't forget a face. Service was great I was surprise to find out that the continental breakfast was not only coffe, juice and a granola bar, they also had toast, cereal, donuts with that it started off our day. Walking distance to the falls was about 8 blocks and that wasn't bad for us, its good exercise. We left our van at the Hotel parking free of charge which was great. The only dislike was the walk, is ok to the falls but remember you have to walk more once you get there. That is where it hits you but we were able to sit and have lunch and dinner and that at least helped us to relax our feet. The first day we got there we went directly to the indoor pool which was great and also the sauna and of course the hot tub. After that we began our journey to Niagara Falls. I have been to Canada before and stayed in the Marriot, but this time we didn't want to spend that much and Super 8 prove to us that you could have fun and not spend that much and still have excellent service.

This was pretty much what I expected from a 1 or 2 star hotel. The room was clean and fairly spacious, and the jacuzzi in our suite was great. I would have liked to see more vending and ice machines (which were only located on the first floor). I didn't see a continental breakfast at all, but we did receive a coupon for the pancake house next door. The only real complaint I have is that the mattress was ridiculously hard. The pool looked fine, but we didn't use it, so I don't really know.

We liked the price, location and overall cleanliness of the hotel...visibly older but clean! Great mattresses if your a firm mattress person like us...Ahhhh just like home when we turned in.

Hello We have always made an effort to find super 8 hotels when we travel,so when we dicided to go to Niagra Falls Canada we found a super 8 which had a breakfast included. Well my husband and daughter had gotten up early and wanted some breakfast. Toast, muffin or something like a donut would have hit the spot. Only to find coffee and a granola bar handed to you. If that's what you call contiental breakfast then you should not advertise it and charge for it. Your staff askes how many people are staying in the room so they can charge for breakfast,well don't waste peoples time and try to pull the wool over their eyes. We also were told that if we wanted a fridge it would be an extra $10 dollars per day I could have gone to Wal-mart and bought one for a few extra dollars and then given it away once I was finished using it. Unforunate for the chain becuse the 1 day stay in your hotel was enough to make us move to another hotel. We went to the Skyline hotel, Paid less Money.... $99.00 a night got a fridge with the room. was only one minute from the falls and went out for breakfast. We will not be returning to your hotel again. Also anyone that we talked to about our trip was told of the Super 8 expierence and how poorly your granola bar breakfast was. What kind of breakfast is that?

At our early arrival Susan the woman at the front desk got us checked in early and was very helpful our entire stay, we really appreciated all her help. It was acceptable, even nice. Very affordable and clean. The sauna was not working for the three days we were there but the pool and hot tub were in working order The TV has a few stations that were very bad reception but not unwatchable and the rest worked fine. The first thing I actually noticed in the room was the beds were un even, one was about 3 inches or more shorter than the other and had a slight sag you could visably detect, but it wasn't exessively soft when I sat on it or layed on it and was comfortable. The Continental Breakfast was lacking pretty much everything. You could have a glass of orange juice, cup of coffee and thats all thats there but for a sign that states "breakfast bars available at front desk". Ofcourse I was there durring a girls' school senior trip and ther was no coffee or juice by 8:oo, all though the staff refreshed things when notified quickly and efficiantly. You can go to the Hotel's restraunt right in the parking lot which was where we ate the first day and the food was good and portions were big and the restraunt was clean and staff friendly.You also get 10% off your bill for being a hotel guest. In fact all the staff was friendly and eager to please. The Hotel and lots were kept very clean. I would happily stay there again.

It's very nice, you wouldn't believe it's a Super 8, it's a cut above! Loved the jacuzzi. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean.

well the front desk staff were no help at all we had 7 people staying in are 2 room suite and they only gave us 6 pillows we asked for more and the front desk lady said that we had to wait until 11 p.m. and se might be able to get us some well im sorry i go to bed before 11 p.m and so do the 4 children that were staying in the room with us and then the shower in the pool area did not work at all water wouldnt come on not even a little bit the one bed in are room the box springs were deformed making the bed very uncomfortable and the fold out sofa bed had no clean sheets on it just a bed cover the toilet seat was pretty much fallen off the tv channels barely came in so you could'nt watch tv that well the cartoon channels didnt come in at all so with 4 kids that want to watch cartoons in the morning imagine how upset they were that was the first night most of it and the second night we came back from being out on the town and wanted to go swimming we get in the pool and between the hot tub and pool there are over 1000 little black ants crawling around and in the water are dead ones i went and told the front desk clerk and she said my boss will be in tonight i will tell him about it then now come on any normal hotel would of been on the phone with their boss or head of maitenance right away to take care of the problem so nobody got bitten by the ants especially kids i worked in 2 hotels in my days so far i know how they are supposed to work we wouldnt ever treat anybody that bad in the super 8 motel i worked in last year here in rochester if there was a problem it was taken care of whether it was 2 in the morning or 2 in the afternoon i was maitenance along with one other person so i know becuase i was called in a few times to help my manager and also the superstar complimentary breakfast that is the biggest joke in the world coffee orange juice and nutrigrain bars now according to their website you get alot more then that when i hear breakfast at a hotel i think of donuts bagels toast muffins things like that not nutri grain bars i believe that is all for now and we will never stay there again

We found out what room we wanted, called and gave the girl the room code from the website. When we got there we found that our room didn't come with the minifridge it was supposed to, so we asked at the desk and thats an extra $10 a night and a lame excuse about them not having control over what the websites for booking their place says. we park our car in the back of the lot and after a bunch of tries get the back door to finally open(it didn't like our card), they also didn't bother changing the clocks in the room so we were running an hour behind and didn't realize it at first. Also a building of that many stories should have more then two ice machines in the lobby. We tried making calls out and none of them connected until we finally just called the operator, and the best part was the morning we left. we went downstairs for the "superstart continental breakfest", that was a joke, according to the book in the room for super 8..."all super 8 hotels offer coffee, juice, milk, cereal, and assorted bakegoods and in brakets some may provide more". Well this place offered coffee, empty container of orange juice and a little basket of cereal bars. so I took the book and asked the girl at the desk about and as I am talking to her she helps another many that walked up and asked about room rates, I am sorry, i was there first and should have been dealt with. This place is a decent hotel with a crappy front desk staff(best part..she was a supervisor) I wouldn't recommend this place at all. we called another hotel where their rates were cheaper and they offered free fridges, and were closer to the falls, and the best part, they let us check in right away at 9am with no extra charge. they were sooooo much nicer there.

It was great my kids loved the SUPER 8, this is our 2nd time staying there! The staff was very helpful and nice! Great job! Thank you for making our trip great! From The Crows Brights Grove Ontario
