Very Disappointed

Below is a copy of the letter that I sent to the corporate headquarters which explains my disappointment with this hotel.
To whom it may concern,
I made a reservation with one of your hotels (Super 8 Wilmington, NC) on Wednesday February 10, 2010 for a one night stay on Saturday February 13, 2010 due to my attending a funeral in the area. On Friday February 12, 2010 we recieved a snow storm that kept me from traveling and being in attendance at the funeral and subsequently staying at your hotel. I was very surprised that your company would charge for a stay that had been hampered due to inclement weather. It is not the so much the money that is the issue but the principle. I would just like to stress my disappointment. This is the first time that I have dealt with your company and prayerfully will be the last.
