RUDE MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!

We checked in late, the manager Carol was extremely RUDE!!! She was very upset that I woke her up twice because she was sleeping and did not want to be bothered. I was under the impression she was running the motel business and would not be so rude to people checking in late. She also advised it was my fault that I was checking in late. She took extremely long time checking me in when there was no line and she hardly had any rooms when I asked her how long it will take she said "take your money back you will be happy somewhere else" I said Ma'am I dont want to make you mad, I am just tired and need a bed to sleep. She threw the money on the counter and said "dogs get mad, people get angry!" She was miserable because she was short on help and honestly I dont blame anybody not working for her! She was apologetic in the morning and admitted how she behaved. She said "we dont have much to offer in this motel, all we have is word of mouth." I am thankful to internet because she thought she would treat me anyway she pleases and no one will find out. I will never to back to this motel ever again!!!
