No good!

They do not have an airport shuttle to take you to this hotel, which is 45 minutes away from Ontario Airport.
I requested a morning wake-up call, because I had an important early AM meeting. No call! Luckily, I had figured out how to set their alarm clock. Later, a young man at the front desk claimed my request was never entered into their "system".
Then I requested that he tell the cleaning people not to clean my room (I had expensive equipment in there). Sure enough, when I returned that night, someone had come in to clean.
The sheets were not clean. There were bed bugs. The volume on the TV was too low to hear many of the channels. Wi-Fi internet didn't work.
Finally, when I checked out, the young man said they couldn't provide me with a receipt because the "system was down". He said they'd mail it to me. They didn't. Had to call them back and request they fax it.
Not a great experience.
