Disgusting, Horrible

Filthy, filthy, filthy! I complained to the staff and she actually rolled her eyes at me. We tried to make the best of it, but after I walked on the carpet of our room barefoot for 10 min while unpacking, I realized my feet were black on the bottom. My other family members had 2 other rooms and they had the same thing happen to them. We talked to the manager and she rolled her eyes again, and had no solution. She told us to call the manager. We called Pamela, the manager, but she she didn't seem to care either. Bottom line, no results. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Not that great

Internet is terrible. I have kindly asked over and over and over to add more wireless routers but it has never been fixed in over 4 years. This can be a serious issue when traveling on business. Wooden floors so if someone is above you BEWARE! Breakfast is cheap and usually all gone by 6am. Juice and dry cereal is about all. They should just do away with the free cereal and juice and put that money into the hotel internet service and minor repairs.

Will NOT EVER go back

The hotel its self was nice. The staff was not friendly or helpful. Children were throwing ice in the pool and hitting others. A large group of teens (11to 14 year olds) were running the halls most of the night causing trouble. They were parties being held in the rooms. Including a nail and masage party. The hall stank of nail polish. We left after 1 night and continued our vacation else where!

Would recommend this Hotel

The Hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of foods like boiled eggs, muffins, cereal bagels, fruit, juices etc. and everything was plentiful. My family and I would definety stay again.

I will NEVER go here again!

My family and I have been going to Comfort Inn for Ten or more years. Ilove the location and my children love the pool room. Recently I took my family there and we had to pay cash for the night,they have a NEW RULE that you have to pay a $50.00 deposit. Not everybody can afford to pay that kind of money and ifelt like they were just trying to belittle people who aren't loaded with money. The $50.00 deposit took away from by childrens activities and their food and snacks for the weekend. I just wanted you to know what MY family now thinks of Comfort Inn. I used to visit Comfotr inn over 20 nights a year and will now spend a little bit more money and just go to HOLIDAY INN. At least they care about their guests and their feelings!

disappointed

Our check in was slow and we were not given rooms we had requested. This was corrected. The happy hour bar was closed on Friday and Saturday, which disappointed us. No elevator. Rooms were not really clean. The breakfast selection was poor. What we recieved for the price was not a good value. Check out was good. The staff was friendly.

Would advise anyone to stay here

Everything was great and we would love to have our family get together there. At this time the staff is trying their best to locate something that my daughters family left there and they have been very cooppertive. The pool area was great. Rooms clean and beds soooo comfortable. We were unfortunate to have noisy neighbors who decided to stay up late and TALK loudly. But after awhile they quieted down and it was ok. It was a real vacation time for us and our daughter's family there.

DO NOT take a shower

Well, let me begin by saying it was 125.00 per night for a hotel with melting lampshade, torn bedding, and the water pressure in the shower went berzerk and scalded me. I had blisters. I went directly to the front desk and they told me that there was no manager on at night so I would have to wait until the next day, guess what no one ever spoke with us, needless to say that she asked me if I flushed the toilet while I was in the shower, she said that that may be what happened, or maybe it was the laundry facility, NO MATTER what happened it hurt and no one seemed surprised by it, they acted like it just happens all of the time. Oh well, was their attitude. I am glad that I decided not to give my baby granddaughter a shower or I would have went crazy if she would have been scalded due to the carelessness of these people. The manager gave me one night free and did an incident report. When they went to check the water temps, the maintenance people were not there so they could not do it. SCARY place to lay your head. DO NOt waste your money you will be gravely disappointed!!!
