No Hot Water. Old. Like a ValuePlace.

Usual classy Res-Inn set up in terms of style and decor. Outside walkways are nice. Friendly staff. Good breakfast set up. First room they gave me had no hot water. Switched to another in a different building. Water was hot for 3 minutes then nothing. Bedding was old and stained which is shocking for Marriott. Rooms are small and cramped. Like being in a dollhouse. The building structure is visibly old when you look closer. This place should soon be a ValuePlace soon...

I wouldn't stay here again

The room was bad. The fridge freeze all the food. The fireplace didn't work. There was trash in the wastebaskets. The clothes were in the drawers. Bedding wasn't great. It didn't look fresh.

Most enjoyable stay Ive ever had at any Residence Inn

Loved the general set up of the motel the outdoor corridors are an extra perk for people with pets. Extremely pet friendly with an area set up to walk your pets and dispose of their waste. Set in a rural setting with the interstate nearby for easy access. Patios off bedroom are a great place for your morning coffee and to read the paper. Staff could not have been any friendlier or helpful. Up to and including helping me look for my cat when it got out and letting me keep a vacuum in my room so I could vacuum as often as I wanted and with 2 animals both shedders I vacuum twice a day. I have never stayed at ANY Residence Inn that had made the trip such a pleasure. It was like being at home on the road. Suz

Low Quality Residence Inn

Compared to other Residence Inns this one was of low quality. There was water damage in the ceiling that flowed down the walls. There was a baseball sized section of mold above the shower head. The breakfast was good as well as the staff. The limited seating was a problem in the evening as the employees/construction crew ate at the same time...and the machines took up parking spaces. We got the last spot when we arrived as the security guard was just leaving! The was a small tv in the living area...none in the bedroom...the door to the bathroom did not shut well...The seals on the doorway where no existent...so cold air leaked though. Also to get anywhere you had to way outside...which is fine in CA...however in the winter in MA...well you know. The pool was outdoors...and the fitness center was tiny. The kitchen is dated...considering the price...they should spend more time having the construction crew working...instead of feeding them!

home away from home

This was the second time coming here. We always enjoy it here. We got 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen and living room for less than 150 per night. Comes with little extras such as free popcorn a decent breakfast, free internet and a caring group of employees.

Arrived late, got a good military rate, with a free cont. breakfast. The room was great, nice bed. A touch noisey due to closeness of the highway, but had a great sleep none the less. Would recommend it to other travelers.
