Enjoyed our second visit

We liked the location, and the prompt response of the female night clerk, when we asked for help.This has been the second time visiting the W. and we will stay there again upon our next visit. The only improvement that I would like to see is the addition of a rubber mat in the shower. It is a slippery safety issue !!!!!!

i dislike the place because is very confusing to get there and there are no shuttles when we went. but all of the thing the one that are left qere excellent-.

The rooms needed better upkeep, the bathroom showed wear and tear, the bed was uncomfortable,the bed linens were soiled and something bit me all night (bed bugs).

The service was good, from the fornt desk to the housekeepers. I felt like i was home. The rooms were clean and overall for the price.

It was an excellent value,The room were in good condition,the staff was very friendly. their breakfast was very good. Thier location was perfect, they have a lot of restaurants in walking distance, plus they have a mall right next door.

Nasty nasty nasty

The hotel was pretty run down. In addition, in my room there were two dead worms along the outside wall and my blanket had some sort of crusty substance on it. It was pretty bad.
