Not up to Marriott standards but still a good room

The room did not meet the expectations cosmetically for a residence Inn but it was a great room for the price. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was well equipped and included a fireplace. We had guests traveling to meet us at check out that arrived late and we were allowed to check out 2 hours late. A few cosmetic blemishes were not enough to discolor our stay there as they were very minor (At most Marriots there are no blemishes) The room was very reasonably priced and spacious. If I traveled to Latham again, this hotel would be my first pick.

Great Place

The loft setup was great for my wife and kids. We had an extended stay so we utilized the kithcen facilities. They also offer free dinner Mon-Wed. The fire place was also a romantic plus.

Dissapointed Traveler

Absolutely by far the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. I am surprised that it carries a Marriott badge! Marriott Corporate needs to visit this property and bring it up to todays standards. It is extremely dated and unkept.
