As the title states. Watch out for sneaky little charges at check out. This location does not see an issue with trying to slip a safe usage fee on to your bill. Regardless of whether you used it or not. If you catch the fee and let them know you did not use the safe they will gladly remove it. If you don't catch it... OH WELL. Your fault for not double checking. $1.50 is not that big a deal. Until they pull this on 100, 1,000 or 10,000 guests. The issue for me is they applied this charge and I never even looked at the safe. Of the 1,000s of hotels I have stayed at over the years I have never encountered anything like this. My feelings are this: If they do not have a problem blurring the line over $1.50...... What is their limit???

PROs: friendly staff, nice pool CON's: filthy, stained carpets (room and hallway) and blankets, holes in the blankets, bad odor in the hallway, low quality/performance a/c (needed to turn it down to 66 F to keep room comfy at the least!), unappetizing cold breakfast, 30 min drive from Flagstaff, baby crib was grossly stained, run down hotel needs reno! oh did I mention a black widow spider sharing our room? When brought to a staffs attention, she replied, "Oh yeah. The black widow spiders has been a long time problem, although we try to do pest control every month. It's the trees behind us!"

At first, we weren't sure about the place. But it was a good hotel. However, we had a faulty shower, and it seemed like we were going to be stuck with it. Carol, the manager, stepped in big time and got us a new room a couple doors down, making it easy to move. Then, we left our son's Nintendo DS charger; Carol volunteered to mail it right away. She went out of her way to make it a really good experience for us. As a bonus, there's a great slope for snow sledding/tubing right next to the place.

The place is clean,simple and far from trains so it is fine for one night on your way to the Grand Canyon.Staff was helpful and efficient.Breakfast does not have much to choose from and the area quite crowded ,so Dennys right across is a plus.Don't stay downtown it is too noisy and there is nothing there anyway to do or see .It is worth the 5mns drive and sleep in a quiet zone.

Room was not clean, sheets not changed, towels like paper, pool dirty, spa dirty and the breakfast was awful. When we checked out, the lady didn't even say thank you. Very rude. This hotel is an insult to the Wyndam Hotels.

If I had to rate this hotel 1 - 5 stars. I would rate it a full HALF STAR. This is really more than they should get.

None of the TV's worked, no internet, and no cell service. Does accept pets and has the mountain out back to walk them, but I will go elsewhere next time, especially if I am here for business and need the internet.

This motel was a nice place to stay during our recent trip to the Grand Canyon. It has a nice indoor pool, and the complimentary breakfast was OK. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice feature was a 27" TV with video input jacks so that I could watch our vacation videos.

I loved the convenience of free breakfast buffet, tea and coffee available at all times, the public computer ,and the pool and jacuzzi looked nice (did not have time to enjoy it). The thing that was goofy was the television. The power button was missing and the cables were messy. We had to play with it all to have it work. But overall I was very happy with our stay.

Days Inn in Williams was an acceptable motel. The room was satisfactory, it was clean, everything worked properly. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Continental breakfast was OK, I would have enjoyed some fresh fruit. Would return to the hotel for the price.
