No body can be perfect everyday of work. Personally i would not judge someone by there tattoos or attitude.i would think whats up there ass today as ive done before. but would not characterize them... i would believe a persons experience at a hotel if they have gone there several times and still had a bad time. but if someone is willing to post a negative comment on the internet about someone after only experiencing there stay only once, that would be pretty uptight to me and i would then have to judge that person as being ignorant. of course there are gonna be days when a staff member is grumpy or rude. in that case i think every person on earth would not have a job. ya there might be a problem at this hotel but i will not take a complaint in consideration if they have only been there once. I personally have been there plenty of times and had a great stay everytime. i admit there are some ups and downs about it but the staff is great and pool is so clean. who are you gonna believe.. someone who has been there many times or just once. i recommend never go off what ppl say. go experience it for yourself...

We chose this hotel as it was conveniently located near Lego Land and SDZ Wild Animal Park. However, as it only received 2 AAA stars, we should have known better. Room: Upon check-in, the room had not been vacuumed, the bathroom floor was filthy, littered with potato chips and hair (gross on so many levels), the shampoo bottles were already used, and there was food splattered on three walls in the living room (we had a suite). We kept our flip-flops on inside because the whole room felt unsanitary. Service: We had some questions regarding how our card was being charged. The staff (who look like they are on a prison work-release program) were extremely rude and refused to speak with us after we had checked out. They made it clear that we were no longer their guests so they didn't care what questions we had. We were very polite and they did not extend even common courtesy to us. Bottom Line: If you are on a budget with 2-3 kids, a suite like ours would work, specifically because there is a hideaway bed, fridge, microwave, and large dining table. Just bring along a dust buster, Lysol and a gangster attitude to deal with the staff.

This was our second visit to this well-maintained, four-story Best Western (BW) hotel, and it won't be our last. Good amenities, including refrigerator and microwave in room. Fast, reliable Internet access is important to us, but not available in all rooms through BW's proprietary SpeedLinks WiFi service. Management assigned us a room with "top-rated" service, but it wasn't. Switching rooms and re-arranging the furniture (moving the desk close to the door) did the trick. The night manager was unhelpful, telling us to call SpeedLinks, which other guests told us in the morning was futile. The day manager, Cindy, was very helpful, which is why we stayed and will return. She also arranged special anti-allergen room preparation for us. Our tip: If WiFi's imporant to you, try it before settling in.
