Great Managment, very impressed
I had booked my reservation lately for the upcoming December/2007 trip for our family of 4. I found better rate from other private websites, then I sent an email to Grand Millennium Hotel from their website letting they know that I saw the "guaranteed lowest rate" from the GOOGLE webpage (NOT THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSTIE), and I found cheaper rate somewhere else, their sales director, Mr. Jonathan Badman, contacted me 2 days after, he didn't required me to provide him any proof for the rate I claimed I got and he offered me to match the rate, not just that, he also gave me a really good deal for the breakfast. Then the reservation manager Mr. Saumai Chew, also contacted me with the confirmation of the reservation, which he could have any staff from reservation contact me, but instead, he did it himself. I agreed to many of other reviews, this hotel have great management staffs, and I am very impress what they had done for me. They really show what a 5 star hotel is like.
The last time I been to this hotel was about 6 years ago, and was formly called Regent. Most of other times I stayed at J.W. Marriott across from the Regent. Both hotels are nice and excellent services, rooms are very comfortable, but Marriott cost more. Yeap... I never get a chance to open the door myself, there are always someone at the door greeting the customers. Great location shopping, night life, food..etc. GREAT MANAGEMENT!
