Garden Beach Hotel, Antibes

Located between Nice and Cannes, Le Meridien Garden Beach sits on a sandy beach on the French Riviera, approximately nine miles from Nice International Airport. The historic old city of Antibes has a typical Provencal market, together with the Picasso Museum, set in the Grimaldi Castle. Cap d Antibes is two minutes away, and the Lerins Islands are 20 minutes away by boat from the hotels private pier. Hotel amenities include the casino, beauty salon, gift shop, fitness center, hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi, indoor pool, terrace, and a range of watersports at the beach. Pedal boat rentals are available from April to October (at a charge). Free access to the private beach includes mattress, umbrella, and towels for Le Meridien guests. There is a supplemental fee for the first row at the private pier. For dining and refreshments, the hotel houses Restaurant La Fregate (overlooking the Mediterranean Sea) Restaurant La Plage, and New Orleans Bar. The hotel also offers room service, valet laundry service, valet parking, and currency exchange. All rooms feature air-conditioning, alarm clocks, bathrobes and slippers (on request), cable TV, complimentary newspapers (at the front desk), dataports, fax machines (on request at the front desk), fresh fruit (on request at charge), hairdryers, high-speed Internet access, irons and ironing boards (on request), minibars, safes, and voicemail. The pool can be used by kids between 6-16 yrs of age only 2 hrs each day ...from 1230pm to 130pm and then 3pm to 4pm, and for adults the pool can be used on weekdays from 7am to 9pm and on weekends from 9am to 1pm and 3pm to 8pm. Please note there will be a charge of 10euros for adults and 5euros for 6-16 age group kids.
