Ramada Resort And Conference C, Branson

Not sure what the negative reviews were thinking. True it is an older hotel, but it is great condition and clean. The beds are comfortable and not like stone slabs you get at the 'fancy' hotels. The service is great! If you ask they will transport you to your room via a golf cart. Good folk!

We actually enjoyed our stay here. The rooms need a serious update and the front desk staff could use some training in customer service. They don't seem like they enjoy their jobs very much. The highlight of this property was the breakfast bar that was free with our room. It was a full hot and cold breakfast bar and very clean. The restuarant staff was friendly and pleasant. Specifically enjoyed the young man that worked in the kitchen. I think his name was Ryan and he actually sang at a gospel event held at the hotel later that evening. We both REALLY enjoyed him. We will be staying here again in the future. Hopefully they will update their rooms by then.

I go to this place every year and we have never been disapointed and I recomend the Ramada to any person who is looking for a great motel P.S all the bad comments are not true!!!

We went and ate breakfast and went back to room and the housekeeper had cleaned room and took some our belongs to office and we had trouble getting our personal microwave.The headboards of two queen beds were falling down.The people were almost hateful when we wanted our mircowave. We would not recommend staying there.We will not be going back for sure..

The motel was very dirty. The room were very hard to find. I think there are 4 buildings that your room may be located in and the staff is not very helpful. My wife was afraid the lay our 4 month old down on the bed because the room was so dirty.

My husbands family booked the motel for us. When we got there I refused to stay and I am not picky! The room smelled, the carpet was worn and dirty, the staff was rude, and we had to drive what seemed like miles to get to our room. We will never stay there again although we didn't the first time either!

ease of regestering, friendly. Liked the food... needs to be more vigelent on keeping food available...food would run out and could not find anyone to replinish..food service people not very helpful or friendly.

It is well situated,well staffed and every staff member is very friendly. My wife and I have been there every year for past 3 years and are going back. The rooms are good size and we had no trouble what so ever.

This hotel was very disappointing. Our room had paint chipping in the bathroom and the rooms were in need of update. The hot breakfast at Texaco is cleaner and better than this dump.

I must say that our biggest disappointment was with Yahoo travel not so much with the hotel. Yahoo should be more helpful when they screw up a reservation. We requested and booked a room with a king size bed. When we arrived at the hotel, they told us that the building with the king beds was not open yet. We phoned Yahoo Travel to find out what could be done. After spending about an hour on the phone we were told "nothing". We paid extra to get a room with a king size bed and they kept telling us how they were doing us a favor because what we got was a better room. I beg to differ. What we wanted was what we booked, and more to the point, what you sold. The least you could have done was find us a different hotel but that was never offered. We will never use Yahoo travel to book anything again.
