Crowne Plaza Glasgow, Glasgow

The staff at this hotel are lovely. My friend and I visited Scotland for a holiday and thanks to Crowne Plaza, we had a wonderful time. The concierge were most helpful- Allan and Sandy in particular. They made us feel so taken care of and welcome. It was worth the time and the money for a hotel that is inviting, peaceful, well taken care of, and in a very nice location. I would stay again in a heartbeat at this hotel. This was our first time in Scotland and we will definitely be returning partly because the experience with Crowne Plaza left upon us a fine impression!

The hotel is lovely upon entrance and on way to the rooms. When u enter the rooms they are not as nice as the rest of the hotel. The bed covers were dirty and the celling in the bathroom had loose glass panels hanging from it. the all you can eat breakfast was lovely. Would not pay the price we did again for this particular hotel.
