The location is VERY loud with the fire and ambulance station sirens on one side, road traffic on another side, and parking lot traffic on another with frequent car alarms, squealing tires, idling engines, and loud mufflers. They also seem to have a lot of family members or hotel staff living at the motel who have many visitors coming and going in the evening. If you are a light sleeper, this probably isn't the best choice. However, in addition to the noise is the terrible customer service. The office people here seem to forget that they are in the business of service. Very confrontational and argumentative with very simple requests such as a dry towel or another roll of toilet paper. I would stay here only if it was the only choice. Check the motels on Putney Road, they are much quieter, cleaner, and the motel staff is much friendlier.

Front desk clerk was informative, prompt and friendly. Rooms are all ground floor and easily accessible from the parking lot. Hotel has free great wireless internet, no interruptions unlike in other hotels. Room has a microwave and a small refrigerator. Room was clean, so were the bed sheets and towels. The place was quiet, although the walls were thin, we could not hear the guys next door. Hotel is located a few miles from the Visitor's Center and is easy to find. Toilet has to be flushed twice but this is a minor inconvenience. Hot water was available at all times. The shower was big enough but I would think a 300-lb person would find it too confining. I would go back to this hotel again and I recommend it.

No dislikes. Very clean and friendly. Good continental breakfast. Very helpful and friendly agents Nisha and Dhruv. Would definetly recommend to friends.

I stay here every summer. I am from Dallas and I am PICKY! It is so clean. The people that run it are so nice and it is close to every thing that this beautiful little town has to offer.

A very unpleasant experience here, We stayed in this place for a night last august and there were cobwebs in the halls, and the room we were given was awful. It had a door which was nailed shut but open into a staff area which made me not trust the room. The photos of the rooms look great but our room had a microwave frige and coffee maker, but no counter to store it on. The bathroom lights were not all working and the building looked to be under some construction work still. Also we asked the staff when we arrived at 2 if we could unreserve the room and she told us no, only to find out we had until 4 to unreserve the room. Other than that, staff was ok and helpful.
