The Cottage Inn At Lake Tahoe, Tahoe City

Everything we liked. Perfect for honeymoon or anniversary. Friendly ambiance. It was like being in a fairytale land. Still had modern conveniences. Food was exceptional. Only drawback for very early coffee drinkers was having to wait until 7:30 a.m. Highly recommend!!

I brought my longtime boyfriend here for his 30th birthday in March. We arrived to find a delightful upgrade to the Dream Catcher room for our three night stay. We planned to stay there one of the nights with the remainder in a smaller room, but the owners refused to ven let us catch a wiff of varnish from a recent renovation so they gave us the better room at no additional cost. Combine this with the warm cider, homemade breakfast, ambient lighting, tasteful earthy decor, kind-hearted staff and convenience to the entire Lake's north side ...let's just say my boyfriend is still talking about it two years later!

An enchanting little village of themed decorated cabin type rooms. We've stayed at The Cottage Inn both in Winter and Summer each time having its own warm and inviting ambiance. The Owners are extremely accommodating both in helpful tips on the surrounding areas and seeing to your every need. The beach is right across the street and shopping is around the corner. I highly recommend The Cottage Inn.

These cottages are right out of a fairytale! They are all different themes and each very unique. I stayed in the "Enchanted Cabin" and recommend it to anyone. You will not find a nicer place to stay in Tahoe City. If you are looking for a romantic getaway with superior service and ambiance...You have found it.
