Wilshire Motel, Los Angeles

I came to LA for a family birthday and was looking for a low priced place to stay. I found the Wilshire Motel on-line and it was in close driving distance to the Santa Monica Beach where my event was being held. I gotta’ say for what I paid, the place was great. I was able to get a coffee at Starbucks right next door, and grab a present just a couple doors down - yeah, it was totally perfect. Lots of international guests at the motel too - I was surprised to see. Kinda’ cool crowd - Japanese and French students were there while I checked in, and a French Canadian family were checking out. I liked it - It's my new go-to place for a cheap, clean stay in LA.
