What a disappointment. The room was old, new amenities, the water was scalding to breath taking ice cold for your shower, service took forever after several calls. No ramps for elderly who need a wheelchair and the wheelchair was pathetic. If you couldn't walk 20+ steps forget the rooms off the main hotel, which we got stuck in due to an over booking problem. The main hotel is what we paid for, but we had to take what we could get in 2 hours with an 84 yo and 72 yo and 68 yo with us. Paint coming off walls and a lot of unfinished products. No really good food options and we had to walk our parents long distances to all areas. It was a good thing the 84 yo could walk pretty good on her own.

Located on the Nile and close to a large souk, this hotel is showing its age. My room was simple and basic, with dim lighting and a small tv receiving only a few local channels. It was a bit grimy around the edges. Okay for one night, but I wouldn't want to spend any longer there.
