Check-in Service Was Horrible

Stayed at this location on the 4th of July weekend & the counter service was horrible. We drove for over 4 hours & we needed to use the restroom & asking if they had one in the lobby & no one responded. There were 2 check-in ladies & 1 off duty policeman & no one responded, they looked at us like something was wrong with use for asking. I made sure that I got names of the employees that were on duty & they were Margaret & Mrs. Paula & Mrs. Paula had the worse attitude, you no the one that wants to look up up & down, still no answer so finally we asked again & the answer was NO was an attitude. What GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE with an ATTITUDE. & then there was the room. If ALL for your money you are looking for a room then this is where you want to stay, NO Microwave or Regrigerator, just bed & tv. I excepted more, especially when you are staying overnight for a couple of days & you want to bring back food to the room. I was VERY, VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED not only in the CUSTOMER SERVICE but in the QUALITY OF THE ROOM. We will NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER stay in a Motel 6 again, for what they charge, WE EXPECTED MORE. We will be calling the 800# about both Margaret & Mrs.Paula LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE.
