Motel 6, Bossier City

We stayed at the Motel 6 in Bossier City Louisiana. When we got there there were only enough towels for one person even though I stated that there would be two people staying the night. I saw a lady with a cleaning cart and asked her if we could have ectra towels and she said she would be down to put them in the room. So we left when we returned aoun midnight that night, there were no extra towels. I called front desk the lady said I don't know who you tlaked to but she is gone and you can come up to the front desk for towels. While debating to stay are not that's when we noticed multiple roaches crawling in the bathroom on the ceiling and just all over the place. We had enough we checked out of the room going on 1 in the morning. We gave her the room keys and locked the door. We asked for a refund but the lady said we couldn't get it until the manager returned the next morning. So we go check in at the Ramada and go back over in the morning. The lady tells us that we can't get our refund back because the manager went to the room adn found someone sleeping in there. WOW, what a mess. I asked well why didn't she say anything to that person since we had given her our keys and checked out. Now we have to wait 15 days for a response to come in the mail to find out if we are going to get our refund back. I know you get what you pay for, but for what we paid we could have stayed at a much better hoetl which we did. Go to the Ramada sround the same price, it was like $10 extra dollars from what we paid at the Motel 6. PLease don't ever go there. I know I will NEVER GO BACK.

I stayed here the last 2 weekends and found the employees to be very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and a good value for the price. I'm sure I will be back.
