Fire Trap

Garbage stack high on carts, after 24 hours the carts were still in place with even more garbage put on it. No wireless,no data port in my room (room 115), electrical outlets were broken, Tv cord unplugged (would not stay in place), bathroom always wet,room door had large gaps when closed, remote for TV missing, broken down queen bed (should have had king size bed), pictures in room were hung too high on the wall, front desk staff would not help me (I'm disabled)so when the fire alarm went off, the staff did nothing to help anyone. Not even a phone call. Prices are a joke, I had a coupon from the property for $59 (manager declined). I have AARP and got it for $89, and when another AARP member walked in asking if rooms were available, he got the room for $71. Do you think that I would have a refund from the night before or at least 50% off
or even a free stay because of the problems. The morning staff manager would not take my request, and told me to write to the Corporation for any refund.
