My granddaughter arrived there early in the morning at about 5AM and she text me and said omg gram this place is disgusting, the bathtub has cigarette burns in the bottom, the sink and toilet are disgustingly filthy, the sheets and bedspreads also have cigarette burns in them and the carpets are dirty and the whole room has an awful stale smoke smell. There are what appears to be thug type people hanging all around the place ,hookers u name it they seem to be there. She is petrified of being there she calls the office for something ,they never answer the phone, the phone in the room does not work as well, her cell phone will not let her recieve or call out ,there are no stores within walking distance( and even if there were I advised her not to go out into that area alone.)Noone will deliver anything to the hotel to eat until late afternoon hours no one should ever stay in this rathole and especially never recommend it to any1 either. She can not sleep from the room feeling Gosh awful dirty, she is scared of the creatures she may be getting in her clothes or on her person.Let alone some terrible infection from the filth ,she is trying to find another place to stay by tonite, since she has 5 more days to be there.please do not ever stay at these motels ,they are gross and nasty as **********.STAY AWAY FOR YOUR SAKE unless u want a disease!!!
This place was awful!! I booked off Triprewards. This place looks nothing like the pictures.I would say the same pictures on the Super8 website also. We looked at the room it smelled so strong of pine. I guess to cover some other smell. The hookers outside saying Hi Babeeee and the sneeky looking people that came and stood around the parking area when we looked at the room was just to much. We cancled our room lost a nights stay in money. I guess that is how they keep it open getting peoples money that doesn't want to stay in the trashy area and trashy motel. Please beware and please don't take can children to this place.
I booked this hotel through trip rewards and expected that this hotel was in a great neighborhood. This was the worst area I have ever been at. Many Gentlemen clubs, prostitutes, and other adult stores in the area. I stopped at the Hotel before, I went to Six Flags and upon entering there was a horrible smell, I did not check my room because my husband was rushing me and he told me we will check the room later. I stated that I do not feel comfortable with the area he said lets check it out later. When I stepped out of the hotel there were 2 cars with several suspicious looking people in the parking lot that stopped their activity when I came out of the hotel? Upon my arrival back to the hotel that evening I checked the room it was smelly, dirty, the tub was rusty and dirty to include the toilet. The soap was used by someone previously but they just wrapped the soap up. The carpet area was dirty, the entire condition of the room was in terrible conditions. I turned around and left the room and informed my husband that I refused to stay in the room, not only was the room in terrible condition but my son was not feeling well and with the terrible hotel room and overall odor I did not want to stay in the hotel. As I returned my keys to the front desk, another hotel guest was turning in their keys due to the poor condition of the room she was given. As we departed the hotel I saw 3 cars with a large group just hanging out. As soon as we departed the hotel we noticed several prostitutes in the street soliciting people. If you want a one night stand this is the hotel to be at, this is not a hotel for a family to stay in. I am very disappointed that Trip rewards has this hotel in their listing. I tried to get my points rewarded back to me but was given the run around by the Motel 8 complaint hotline and the Motel 8 staff. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
