Folks, should you not have high expectations, you will not be disappointed with the comfort inn in Philly. I had an issue, and wrote the reservation department (by accident) who forwarded it to the hotel. Who did nothing, not even respond. I wrote hotel again directly the general manager, who again did what they do best, nothing. not even a 'sorry we can't help you'. I wrote their franchiser, choice hotels, and all their executives, and got a message they would contact the hotel, who again did what they do best, and ignored them as well.
Since the issue was I had reservations to spend my wedding anniversary there, I think it was good karma that kept me from the establishment, since with that degree of apathy in the management, I'm sure it would have trickled down to the staff and made for a miserable stay.
