Thank God I only had to stay one night in this hotel. Although the customer service was excellent, the room was horrible. We had a few dead insects in our room. The room just did not look or feel clean. But as they say, you get what you pay for and for 55.00 a night, I guess you can not expect too much.

In town for convention, booked a double queen non smoking room, staff was very polite. Hotel is situated on the opposite end of "hotel row" Upon arrival I went to check in and an immediate musty smell overtook us (probably from people who smoke 4 packs of cigs and 3 cigars in a no smoking room) and my double queen room was actualy a double regular with little room for a tv and an alarm clock. After explaining my diisapointment to the manager, he reluctantly refunded my credit card. Good staff, Owner needs to update.
