We have stayed four times since April of 08. The last visit Nov. 5. They have always treated us well, and the room has always been well maintained. Each time I've asked for something close to the office and have received it except once. I would not think of staying anywhere else. The staff are always nice to us.

Not going back.. decent staff though

Whirlpool and sauna were both broken. My room phone was broken also for a day and a half. I missed a few meetings and appts. because of this. The staff were nice (although we were disturbed a number of times due to the problems we were experiencing) and housekeeping started making rounds at 7AM.
