Enjoyed my staff ,very nice location on the beach in brighton

Very friendly and approachable hotel, had a nice room over looking the bay, room looks newly decorated , double shower in the bath room . ordered room service dinner which was very tasty

Our stay started out OK, the service was great at check-in. However things rapidly went downhill. We were kept awake all night with "thu-thunk" noises every time a car went in our out of the underground car park. We were woken up just after 8.00am on Saturday and Sunday by someone vacuuming the hall and clanging glasses. The room was like a sauna, and we called reception 3 times asking for it to be turned down but someone kept turning it back up. When I brought these things up at checkout, rather than apologise the woman at the desk tried to justify things. I have also spoken to the manager, and someone who I assume is the managers assistant - both assured they would get back to me, but neither did. It was just dreadful.
