its a bargain to stay in such a nice location in downtown vancouver. Service very friendly, the entrance is quite nice and as i can say again...RIGHT IN DOWNTOWN AT A REASONABLE PRICE..all those other hotels are bit too expensive..nice stay will come again when i come to Vancouver!!

Fantasic Price for Downtown Vancouver!!!!!!!!

Stayed on New Years Eve. Originally I had booked for a single Bedroom with a queen size and they offered me a single bed in one bedroom for a better cost! Very Accommodating!! Only came to $57.00 bucks with taxes. Pretty clean too ! I would defiantly stay again. If your not too fussy about the looks and just want a place to sleep this is the place. I was very pleased with my overall experience and staff were very friendly! All thumbs up!! Heeyahh!!

what can you say...its bargain to stay at downtown. Service very friendly and great place to go anywhere from there. We truly enjoyed 4 nites there. Highly recommended:)

will always stay here when in vancouver on a budget

Great staff and location is spot on! A good place to stay if your on a budget in vancouver. Staff will go out of there way to help you out and its very handy to have a blenz coffee shop a 24/7 shop 2 steps away from the hotel.

Pleasant stay, except...

Basic room at a good price -- simple furniture, hard bed, small kitchen area. But everything worked, clerks were helpful and location near Davie Street was perfect. Would rate higher except for bad experience after checking out. Left something in room and called after I got home. Clerk found it and held in an envelope with my name while I asked the manager about mailing. Afterwards, he couldn't locate the item and said, "There's nothing I can do." My fault for leaving something behind, but his response was unprofessional. I won't stay here again.

Horrible hotel.

No heat in outdated, dirty rooms in desperate need of a coat of paint at the very least. No coffeemaker, shampoo or clock in rooms. Lobby was updated and clean, not a reflection of the rooms at all! Was booked into one room, no heat so we were put into another room which also did not have heat or amenities. We were provided with a space heater. Hotel advertises wireless internet access which did not exist. Cleaning lady was using a broom to clean the carpet in one room as we were checking out. Hotel was not cheap. Over 100$ for the night after fees and taxes. Stayed one night, checked out and went across the street where we got a 500sq. ft. room with a kitchenette and all the regular comforts such as heat, A/C, coffee/tea, clock, shampoo etc. for 20$ a night less! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dirty rooms

Old TV-s (1980), dirty and old rooms, I don't know who the previous reviewers are, but the hotel is lousy. Windows don't work, no Air conditioning. It is in a great location, downtown core. They charge extra for parking, everything is old including the elevator. The reception looks great but that is where it stops

Big Surprise

I was surprised when I entered our room at the Burrard Inn because the entrance was really nice. The rooms are very outdated and not very clean at all. There were only 2 easily accessible plug ins, so we had to plug our coffee maker in to the bathroom razor only outlet. Otherwise, it was ok but I know I could have stayed somewhere else for the same cost that would have been quite a bit cleaner.

A great stay right in Vancouver downtown!

The rooms at Burrard Inn were newly renovated and made it a very comfortable stay. The staff was very helpfull and knowledgeable and the location right in the centre of Vancouver downtown... I would definitely recommend it!

Burrard Motor Inn Review (love it!)

Rooms are quiet and clean, not too much money, and lovely plantations in the centre of the hotel. It is close to shopping spots and Vancouver's beautiful setting.
