Crowne Plaza Market Center, Dallas

We loved our stay at this Crowne Plaza. The room was very nice and everything was clean. We especially loved the pool/hot tub area. That is something we always check out before staying at a hotel. We were treated very well and look forward to staying again. I understand any one can have a bad experience when someone else has a great one. We were lucky I guess. Everything was great for us! We can't wait to get away for another relaxing weekend!

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

The room next to ours was real noisey and the Crowne did nothing about the noise. The room next to us started partying about midnight and it kept up until about 3 in the morning. I like the other Crownes but will not stay in this one again.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect, very clean, beds were comfortable, and view was great. I even forgot some clothes in the drawer and they gladly sent them back to my home address. Food at the restaurant was very reasonable and good...the Philly Cheesesteak is enough for 2 people! Great place to stay. Hotel even has a shuttle to "Restaurant Row" and movie theatres. Business center has free printing. Again, GREAT hotel, and will definitely be back!!

I LOVED THIS HOTEL IT WAS NEAR EVERYTHING I NEEDED . IT WAS ALSO A GREAT VALUE. THE POOL AND THE WORK OUT ROOM WHERE ALSO A PLUS .

The hotel was very clean the people were very nice only problem I had was when I checked in my room wasn't ready had to wait a couple hours to get into our room,But over all great place to stay for the price.

THIS MANAGEMENT IS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR WALLET THAN YOU THE CUSTOMER. IF THEY CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY THE "STEAL" YOUR PRIORITY POINTS. THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE US FOR OUR ROOM WITH NO HEAT ON A VERY COLD NIGHT! NOT EVEN POINTS! WE ANSWERED THE SURVEY AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK. WE CALLED THE PRIOITY CLUB REWADS NUMBER. THEY SAID THE MANAGER REFUSES TO GIVE US OUR POINTS BACK! WE WROTE THE PRIORITY CLUB SERVICE CENTER AND THEY MADE REFERENCE TO THE EARLIER NOTES. HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT?

I just got back from a five night seminar break to the U.K.and in general enjoyed my stay at the Crown Plaza market. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly,This hotel is a transit hotel catering for seminars and dallas cowboy games,my rate was good at $69.00 p/n plus tax,Having a pool and hot tub is a bonus and a bar with draft beer and a Resturant is good,The only fault with the resturant is a fixed menu ok on a two day break but boring for a longer stay as the are no resturants nearby only a jack n box 500 yards away so its a $15.00 cab ride into the west end Dallas each way or a cab to the Irvine mall. My room was clean and a good size with two double beds and comfortable armchairs with a good size T.V.I was on the 19th floor with a good view over Dallas six miles away,The one frustrating site was the Dallas Fort Worth TRE across the road with no station to board,This hotel location is not Market?Thats three miles away at Market and medical,No buses to Dallas as you are right on top of stemmons freeway and the I83,You would think the hotel is noisey but i found it relaxing and quite even with the football fans going to texas cowboys games,Yes i would go again and will next year.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It's conveniently located close to Love Field but it's not in the safest area of town so be careful.

The first thing i notice at night was that there was alot of movement in the parking lot. I did not feel safe for my truck. So i took everthing out of it. Day one: Heat was on and I could not turn it off, it took them 2 hours to come up and fix. Water was not heating to well- they changed my room the next day after 4 PM. I asked for directions- front desk was to busy so they gave me a map that did not help at all. Dat two: New room (bath room) was dirty (urine on floor)- i asked them to send someone to clean and it took also 2 hours to send someone up- (house-keeping was nice). Between 4 pm and 6:30pm someone broke into my truck, it was parked right in front of the hotel. I found out that they also broke into a car the day before. They broke her window and trashed her car taking her radio. She had to park her car up front where everyone is droped off. As for my truck they took a bar to my tool box and bent it open. How no one could have see that happen right in front is crazy. Front desk did not even respond to me. I held them responsible, i know that they can not help me with the cost (it's displayed all in the paking lot)but at least the should of said something. I ended up calling the 8oo no. for crown plaza - they contacted the hotel and lied about how they helped me by reducing my hotel rate. Ya right, it was the rate that i asked for since i had tickets to see the cowboys play. Oh ya, and i missed the game due to the theft to my truck. I will not go back
