We love going back. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Palm Springs.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/05/08
Parking along street. Last time we were informed it isn't as safe as it was in past years, so we were concerned each night. Lights along streets and by gates weren't working in some places. Ground maintenance was lacking.

Delightful Weekend in Palm Springs
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/31/08
Our suite was delightful - clean and cozy ! The hosts were just wonderful ! The inn is located in a beautiful spot - the San Jacinto Mountains are just outside the door. Spacious grounds. Shops and restaurants are just steps away. We had stayed at the Hyatt on an earlier visit, but will now definitely stay at the Cody again. We will also recommend it to our friends

Filthy
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/14/08
While Casa Cody has a charming location and pretty grounds, the room we stayed in was filthy. The little patio was not swept and contained a full ashtray of old, wet cigarettes. The interior was not vacummed and the whole place just felt like it had a film of dirt over everything. One of the chairs had a nasty smell I won't even describe. Not very well maintained. I couldn't wait to leave. I would not recommend it.

Pleasantly Surprised
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/17/07
We just got back from a weekend at Casa Cody in Palm Springs. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath, suite. We really enjoyed the feel of the suite and its location to the swimming pool. The grounds were very charming and well kept. The staff was very friendly and were quick to attend to a minor plumbing problem we had. We can't wait to go back !

BEST PLACE IN TOWN
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/10/07
YOU WOULD HARDLY KNOW THIS PLACE IS THERE, HIDDEN BEHIND VINES AND FENCE. YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN YOUR OWN LITTLE KINGDOM. WE HAVE SPENT MANY WEEKENDS THERE SINCE 2000 AND NEVER CONSIDERED STAYING ANYWHERE ELSE. WE LOVE THE FACT THAT WE HAVE A FULL KITCHEN AND DON'T HAVE TO GO OUT AT NIGHT AND FIGHT THE CROWD. SO CONVIENENT TO EVERYTHING THAT YOU REALLY DON'T NEED A CAR, JUST TAKE A SHUTTLE FROM THE AIRPORT. GOOD PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ON THE YELLOW BUS. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND INTERESTING. RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY!!!

$69 is way off
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/27/07
i paid alot more than $69 for a room here last month (12/2006). with taxes, it was right around $400 for friday and saturday nights. that being said, it is a wonderful place, and i would highly recommend it!! from the moment you catch a glimpse of the bougenvilla covered stone walls and wrought iron gates, you are feasting on eye candy of the sweetest variety. the views of the mountains are awesome, i had to force myself to look away, and pay attention to where i was walking. the staff is patient and kind. i am an assertive consumer, if you know what i mean, and i can come across rather fiesty. but they never balked, and were always pleasent and sincere. i very much liked the ladies who worked the front desk. this is a great place.

best secret in Palm Springs
By Maya Eminet, 01/10/07
Casa Cody is not your ordinary Palm Springs B&B. It is beautifully maintained, quaint, quiet, cozy & comfortable, and very accomodating. The complimentary breakfast might be able to be improved upon, but at least it is close enough to the main strip if you want to get a coffee or breakfast elsewhere. At night the twinkle lights in the trees create a calm, welcoming ambiance and the pools are just as welcoming. If it is totally booked, however, it can feel too crowded so pick an off-holiday weekend for sure. I consider Casa Cody a place for a couples retreat as opposed to a family stay. My husband & I go every year!

By Dusty, 11/19/06
My husband and I have been staying at Casa Cody for 5 years now..quaint, luxurious, close to bars, shopping, casino..off the beaten path...surrounded by beautiful bouganvilla...a plus is that they allow your pets..wonderful breakfasts...a haven away from the hustle and bustle...beautiful grounds and cozy, romantic rooms.

Great party place!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/21/06
We had a wonderful time for my 50th birthday party at Casa Cody! We rented the Winters House plus 20 hotel rooms and had a lovely dinner party on the lawn outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the party was a huge success!! The grounds are lovely with lots of bougainvillea and cactus all around! The location is perfect. Just far enough off Palm Canyon Drive so you can't hear all the noise yet close enough to go shopping and walk to many great restaurants and bars. We can't wait to go back!
