Sad and tired looking.

The room looked like a third rate tenement, with a private patio sporting a dead plant in a pot and debris in the area. The bedding was tired and worn; there was no telephone, no hair dryer, and none of the usual amenities, such as shampoo, lotions, et al one would expect. The towels were worn and the shower needed work. There was a mishmash of furniture lined up against a wall, an Ikea table and a microwave perched on top of a refrigerator, a television with limited reception perched on top of another table. There were no chairs to sit on so we took the patio furniture, blew off the leaves and used them. Each time we left the room the curtains and curtain rod fell. There was a hideous fan fixture with an eclectic assortment of lighting bulbs.
Coffee is premixed, not fresh. We had one breakfast, which was pretty haphazard in presentation.
This could be a charming and delightful facility; the bones are there, and the location is great. It needs smartening and cleaning up.
