Kings Inn Motel, Madison

Although the decor is dated and furnishings are heavily worn, Kings Inn is very affordable and conveniently located for a short stay or meetup. I always have an enjoyable stay here, but... Beware, rooms are not very soundproof, beds are very squeaky & rickety, mattresses lumpy, linens had hairs and/or stains. Carpets suspicious. Try to avoid bathrooms. Not a place for young children. On the bright side, it is a swell place to meet new and fun friends if you are adventurous. Great for staging trick or treat/and role-playing games due to clientele. Would recommend for short stays and meetups, esp. on weekends.

...then you will love this place. It' got it all. Built in 1955, there have been no changes made to it since, including the linens. Another review on here says it has a waterpark. Uh, no. There's nothing but a very old, smelly room. If you are a fan of fleabags, this is the place for you! However, you still might want to get de-loused after your stay!

That place is the best place in the world. It had breakfast in bed. roomservice. and also a huge waterpark. I loved it and you may think that i think i am talking about a different hotel but i am not i am talking about Kings Inn Motel Hotel. It is the bomb. Love, Kaitlynn Novak

This is the worst hotel/motel I have seen in my life! The rooms are ugly and very dirty. The room was extremely hot and we received no help with the furnace even after several requests. The single person staff was not helpful at all. The parking lot was very scary and we were afraid to get robbed. We had to switch hotels the very next morning. It was a complete nightmare.
