Left us stranded!

Our company booked this hotel for a nationally respected sportsperson. We paid in full in advance and registered our credit card. He was not allowed to stay at the hotel because he did not have our company credit card with him. He had �250 but they do not accept cash. They also refused to help him find another hotel, leaving him to walk around town in the evening with his luggage. The hotel has taken payment for the room and refuses to discuss it. I have never come across service this bad from a so called quality hotel.

Straightforward and Tidy

A neat and tidy hotel, I think the best rooms are in the front. My room was in back, overlooking the parking lot and the air conditioner for the lobby was just below my window, which took away from the general pleasantness of the room. The room was small and clean, with a comfortable bed and small bathroom. There was a nice tea setup in the room and the staff was pretty nice.
