Adequate, no frills

My complaints are a combination of hotel management and Yahoo travel. I booked a nonsmoking room, and received a confirmation from Yahoo. When we arrived, there were no nonsmoking rooms and I was told that my reservation was only a request through Yahoo, not guaranteed. And that Yahoo booked a room that was not available, therefore the hotel was not obligated to honor it. Luckily there was a cancellation (4 hours after our check-in) that allowed us to move to a nonsmoking room. The ordeal was quite an unpleasant experience all around.
