Econo Lodge Sebring, Avon Park

There is nothing wrong with this hotel. First, the pool is an outdoor pool that is not screened in so there are bound to be bugs...it is Florida afterall. Secondly, the fridges are $5 a night and there is a large billboard at the check in desk that clearly states all extra charges. As for cleanliness, I never noticed any problems. They have plaques and awards all over the lobby for excellent hospitailty and cleanliness. They didnt offer a 5 course breakfast but the variety of muffins, bagels, danishes, coffee, tea, and juice were satisfactory. Granted its not the Hilton and doesnt offer a huge amount of ammenities but for the price and location you cant beat it. Its clean, safe, and the staff was wonderful. They made me feel like family and were more than willing to accomodate my every need.

The beds are very uncomfortable, the worst noght sleep every in a motel. the pool area was covered in bugs. the breakfast was bagels. the rooms were not very clean.
