exactly what you should expect at a Marriott

The hotel is clean and efficient, friendly and in a fine location for accessing all business in the bay area...and the staff could not be more helpful

Awfully noisy

There were kids running up and down the corridor after midnight. Clearly the staff was unable to handle the situation as I phoned to let them know I could not sleep in order to catch my morning flight to JFK - leaving the running to evolve into door slamming (against the metal locking clasp from the inside) and banging on everyones' doors. The housekeepers start very early with shouting to one another as the only form of communication. It was a nightmare of a stay.
