Baymont Inn & Suites Nashville Briley, Nashville

The front staff was polite at all times on the phone. When I arrived, while the lady was polite, she did seem to want to get me out of the way as quick as possible. I was promised a late checkout on the phone b/c the CMM, but when I arrived they did not give it to me. On another note, the room itself was clean, and the bed fairly comfortable as far as hotel beds go. It's a basic room, but suitable for business travelers or if you're there just to sleep. If you ask for accommodations, make sure you receive them in writing.

The rooms had a steal /mold like odor like the building had a leak and was dried up. We went and brought candles but it did not cover the smell/odor.The bathrooms kept flooding,if you pulled your shoes off the carpet felt damp. The towels were hard and dingy "a couple sheets of fabric softener and bleach would have elimated that per load." The breakfast was very good and the pillows and mattress were comfortable. The midnight desk clerk was very rude and horrible and told us how he hated people in the lobby when he was there. He stated he was going to run us out we couldn't sit in there. When one of us went back he had pulled the couch from the wall and moved it in front of the tv laid out. The hotel could really stand an upgrade. It was several of us with reservations made way in advance, look like to me we could have all been put together. I thought e were getting king size beds until we got there, I guess if you plan on visiting there you had better clarify bed size.

we had room l01. it smelled, was dirty and dingy and found a live roach crawling in the bathroom. the ac was so loud we had to turn off to sleep and then got to hot all in all it was a pretty miserable stay gwen jenkins nite of sept 9, l907
