This was my hotel of choice in Nashville.
By ,
Best location in Nashville for walking to broadway bars, Ryman, conference center. This was my "go to" hotel for music trips to Nashville. They have tried cutting costs in a manner which I find offensive. They no longer offer TV service in rooms. They have pay per view movies, pay internet, pay games, pay, pay, etc. They have very few free views on the in room TV; those are limited to downloadable internet single view programs displayed on the TV. It was so limited that I turned off the TV. They do not even offer local TV programming. I will go elsewhere.

We will be back at the best Hotel in Nashville
By ,
I took my son to Nashville to see the Titans football game. The location of this hotel was fantastic!!! Right around the corner from the Ryman and Honky Tonk Row. Walked the whole area from the War Memorial to the river and back around to the Hotel. Then walked to the game. Excellent view of Nashville. Staff was great and so was the room. Great Sunday brunch right there in the lobby. Staff was very courteous and was very eager to make our stay great which they did.

Great job on the renovations!!!
By ,
I went to this hotel 2 years ago and it was nothing special (but nice and clean) and I went back early August 2008 and the renovations made me think that I had gone to the wrong hotel!!! It was sooo upgraded that I walked in and asked the hotel staff was I at the right place. I was there for a huge convention and it seemed as though the staff was ready for us and accommodated like each of us was important. The decor is vibrant and welcoming as well as the staff. They answered all my questions and the concierge went above and beyond to help me navigate the city. The rooms were so comfortable that I almost didn't want to come out of them (I need to get those sheets and mattresses for my bed at home!). The access to the convention center was easy and although the Hilton is closer, I would love to stay here again. Oh yeah, those honey garlic wings from room service are scrumptious!! I need to find that recipe for myself...

Great Location
By ,
We have stayed here the last 4 years for CMAFest in June. It is right in the middle of everything! We can walk to just about every event. The management has been excellent at handling any problem that has cropped up. They have actually exceeded our expectations of Customer Service.

We look foward to it again!
By ,
The view from our 21rst floor was spectacular. Check in was painless, as well as check out. We dined in the "Grand Ball Room" and that in itself was an expierence. At night we left he hotel for a close walk to downtown Nashville and saw all the "hotspots." The room was clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Service was great, and the people who work there are very friendly. If you are looking for a quick getaway, and want soemthing nice, this is the place.

Just not worth the price
By ,
This is a nice place, but not even close to being worth the price. $239/ night and they charge you for Internet access on top of that! Walkable to the Broadway strip. You have to pay for parking, either valet or at the lot across the street. The elevators were jammed in the mornings. I waited 15 minutes for one before I gave up and took the stairs down. Lucky I was only on the fifth floor.
