Never again

When checking in were told they no longer do ParkSleepFly because they were in the middle of a remodel. They were able to get us to the airport for our flight and we were given the extension to phone for the shuttle when we got back in. Upon returning there was no answer at the extension we were given and no answer at the motel main phone number. We had to get a taxi to take us to the hotel and when we got there we found it closed and fenced in. When we called the number on the fence we were told that security was there and would be right out. No one came. After a second call and then a return call from the person at that number he and the contractor came, took the fence apart and we were able to get our car. This was all after 10pm. I am sure that they knew they would be closing before our return and am upset that we were allowed to complete our trip without being given the option of changing our reservations. Very poor customer service.
