I did read some of the reviews before i went in August 2007. Mostly people were saying that you were treated different if you were a paying customer compared to being all inclusive and i have to agree. I met some friends while we were there who were all inclusive where as i was self catering. I have never been to a place where they are so miserable and unfriendly, and some of the staff were just plain ignorant and no help whatsoever. The cleaners were the most happy and helpful.
