Rodeway Inn Sioux Falls, Sioux Falls

we checked in and the room was nice but the bed was hard as a rock. We asked for a another room the bed in the new room was better. but the lamp flicked.

We had stayed at this hotel several years ago when it was the Empire Inn....the carpet in our room was disgusting! Filthy! We stayed at a different hotel the next night....that motel WAS clean & updated for just a little more $$. I WON'T stay here again! ICK!

Wholes in the walls, out of order signs on everything from pop machines to candy machines to even the restroom next to the lobby. For $3.00 more we stayed in a much nicer hotel right next door the next night. Even the hotel breakfast had sour milk. Never again.

My husband was in town for a a class reunion and this is the place they booked us. We spent 35 minutes in the lobby with broken air conditioning waiting for the computers to work so they could check us in. When we got to our room the carpet was filthy, one of the air conditioners was broken, the shower was dripping all over the floor, the tv remote had the batteries taped in it because it did not have the cover on it, there were sections of wall paper missing, and the door had a screw hanging out of the chain lock. The parking lot had a huge pothole that we somehow got parked beside. The car got covered with dirt and such. When we went to tell them we were leaving, it took another 15 minutes because the computers were still down. We left very frustrated. This place needs to be torn down and start from scratch.

bed was too hard, wall paper was coming off, bathroom was very little. Microwave and fridge was the only thing updated. Price was too high for a broken down motel, over the interstate was a room cheaper and much better quality and cleaner. This was a $25.00 motel and it's too bad I can't get a refund. As much revenue as they take in you would think they would at least fix the Hot Tub and rooms with comforable mattresses.

I have to admit when I first walked into the lobby I was like what am I staying here for however when I got to my room it was a standard hotel room, the beds were comfortable not great by no means but comfortable I have been in way worse. The hot tub was broke and the pool was very cold. however my biggest disappointment was NO ONE wears a uniform here in fact the night audit lady looked like she was in her pajamas. Sweat pants and a t-shirt. This motel is very standard nothing exceptional however I thought the least I would expect is for them to look perfessional. I was very disappointed.

This Rodeway is in the midst of remodeling, a sign said. The room was comfortable and seemed clean. I had a notion that the transition to Rodeway must have been fairly recent since not all the Choice standards have been met. The parking lot was a disgrace, quite dirty, full of holes that created a mjor obstacle course after rains. It was difficult to find a spot that avoided puddles and debris allowing access to car and luggage.

Oh my! this place is the pits. what a bunch of creepy people that working there. all the employees do is stand around and make jokes. they need to clean the rooms better.

We loved staying at the new Rodeway. It has been recently remodeled and it looks great. The rooms were clean and the pool was fun for the kids. Good breakfast. Will stay there next time we go back to Sioux Falls.

We enjoied our stay here. Even though the hot tub was not working at the time, we had a great time. My fiance and I staied here while his brother was receiving a kidney and his other brother was donating the kidney. Even though a very stressful stay, we had a great time. We were close to everything, the zoo, the USS South Dakota, and the biggest mall in Sioux Falls. The management is awesome, doing a great job!! Keep up the good work!!!!
