We will not Go Back
By Coco53, 09/28/09
I'm retired and have asthma. I need a clean room. One of the beds were never changed. I had to go and ask for clean sheets. When I pulled back the bedspread you can see a body had layed on the bed. The front desk person didn't seem surprised. The room was roomy, there were stairs right by our room that goes down to a portable hot tub. 3:30 am I woke with an asthma attack. Could not go back to sleep afterwards. Something in the room was bothering my asthma. We could not get the heat or air to work the knob was broken off. Unit was not clean. Breakfast area was crowded not enough table or chairs for everyone.

excellant

I am writing this letter to convey the appreciation my wife and I have for your Company. We recently had accommodations at your business on 01-18 through01-22-2006. We understand times are very economically strained throughout the country as well as in the town of West Yellowstone, but with no avail you all provided great service and a positive attitude. We both would like to express what a great stay we had at your establishment. I have lodged at several locations in Wet Yellowstone, but within the last few years have remained at your location. This trip just happened to be our honeymoon and my wife, Michelle called in a few extra favors from you all and you delivered as promised. We are already in the process of getting a group together for next year to come out and snowmobile again. Again just a small letter of appreciation for a great trip. Thank You Brandin Iron Inn!!!!!!!

Changed Our Reservation
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/19/05
This past week and a week in October last year we reserved a three bed room 4 or 5 months in advance. Both years when we arrived we were not given the room. Last year they tried to accomodate us but this year they simply told us to cancel our reservation and go somewhere else. Their assistant manager was an absolutely jerk.

Minneapolis Westerns
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/17/05
On our multi-night adventure, finding this hotel just 1 block from the Yellowstone entrance and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shooping, was a true find. I found our corner room to be extremely clean, quite and the bed was very comfortable. I loved having a nice laundry facility available especially after spending a week traveling prior to our arrival. The Continnental breakfast was well above average and very appreciated. The only improvement I could suggest is that air conditioning unit in the breakfast/multi purpose room could be upgraded to handle large groups at any given time. I also like that guest were free to use the multi-purpose room as a gathering place to view television, DVD's, or the use of the microwave whenever one needed.

Cheap & Clean
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/02/05
Cheap, clean, and in a good location to go out and eat. Inside the park you starve if your a picky eater. Oly downer was the parking lot was always overloaded.
