Shadow Mountain Lodge, Ruidoso

My wife and I went for our anniversary, and were very suprised at just how perfect this place is. The managment was very helpful and thoughtful, they even put a card and a chilled bottle of champane in the room for us. The room was very updated and very clean. we stayed in cabin #2 and had everything you could ever need in it. we will stay there every time we come to ruidoso.

My husband and I were just there this weekend and were very pleased with the lodge. The whole lodge is very nice and the cabins are great,thanks to Jacque who showed them to us. Next time we are booking one of them. Room 106 The Salazar

My husband and I had a pleasant time during our getaway at Ruidoso, perfect for couples, remarkable service and beautiful garden. We chose this place by random and definitely not regret it! Truly recommend it.

my husband and i stayed in the cabins , they are so great ,clean ,roomy, great people who own it , just can't get any better than that place , can't say enough good about it , i have told all our friends about this place for couples only ,,,,,,, thank you for such a great place to stay

The customer service at these cabins were awful. My husband and I arrived after a four hour trip, only to find out our infant son was not welcome. Mind you, I called in advance, making sure we could bring our child, and was told we could. I was pretty much called a liar by the owner, and then a hold was placed on my credit card and was not lifted for almost two weeks. We have many friends who travel to Ruidoso and we always tell them to stay away from this place.

A very romantic place for couples. We stayed in one of the separate cabins they offer...absolutley wonderful! As a matter of fact, I'm booking a night right now for when my husband comes home!
