I meant the Holiday Inn!

I guess you get what you pay for! The rate was great, but the hotel wasn't!
On first impression, the hotel wastn't so bad. Good landscaping and lighting, decent sized room with a bed and a bathroom area, that's were it ended! The bed was very uncomfortable (you could feel the frame). The bath tub didn't drain properly, and there were no in-room amenities. No iron, no coffee maker, nothing, not even the little bible you always find in the drawer! Even the concession room was awful! It was so hot in the little room that if you purchased a candy bar, you ended up with chocolate goo, some peanuts, and some caramel in a handy little wrapper.
Another annoyance was that "do not disturb" signs mean nothing! We put it up every morning to find that house keeping still came in and "disturbed" our room! I even had the pleasure of being awakened from an uncomfortable, but sound sleep by housekeeping, even with the sign on the door. It was printed in four languages, but I guess it needed pictures!
I strongly advise against staying in this hotel. There is a very nice Holiday Inn less than a mile down the road. Spend a little more and get the comforts and quality you deserve when you are away from home!
