Hilton Garden Inn Hollywood, Hollywood

This hotel was the greastest. The room was very clean. I would not want to be any closer the Hollywood Blv.. The service was be on what I was thinking I would see in Hollywood. There was a lot of stars staying a this hotel. I seen more stars at this hotel that I did in all of Hollywood in my three day stay. I will be back.

I normally stay at Marriott when travelling. I stayed at this Holiday Inn because of its location. What a pleasant surprise. Good service, clean room and very good breakfast buffet. The pool was quiet and relaxed in a peaceful setting. No hesitation in recommending this property. I consider myself fairly fussy and I must say this was above adequate.

after reeading the reviews while deciding to select a hotel I was slightly skeptical on booking this hotel. but in the long run I belive that it was a good choice. Unless you are acustom to living in the middle of nowhere, where you walk from your from door to your car in the driveway and drive everywhere you go then this is very close to the walk of fame and other tourist areas in hollywood. (just a couple blocks - short 2 minute walk) the staff was very freindly and the room was clean and comfortable. from the sounds of some of the other reviews, people we searhing for the ritz. sorry to tell you that this is not, but for a total tourist city price and location this hotel sits comfortably within it's description and location. basically not any more or any less than a good deal and good location for and alright price. can't ask for much more. considering some of the other getto, run down areas of hollywood that surround the tourist area, this is a great location.

extremely convenient easy walking distance to hollywood boulivarde. nice pool we would definitely stay there again. the service was very good the concierge was very helpful and the rooms a good size

Reading some of the past reviews I feel I stayed in a different hotel to them. Cannot fault the friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and quiet, location perfect and we did not feel unsafe walking at night. Location has plenty of restaurants to choose from. Have no hesitation recommending Holiday Inn Hollywood to any one visiting LA or staying there again.

I loved the location , it was close to everything. The room was clean and good size, the only bad thing that happened was that we found a crack pipe that fell out of the ironing board. We called maintaince and they came to pick it up. I think the guy was a little to happy to find it if ya know what I mean because it still had stuff in it, but I guess whatever works for ya. It was a nice stay but I hate is the parking fees in California, 20$ a night is a bit steep but what do ya do. I would stay in the hotel again for sure.

We checked in around 7 pm. We asked the front desk woman for a room and she told us only smoking rooms available. I have two little kids, so I asked her that when we booked the room, they didn't say it was a smoking room. Her answer was quite rude, could't remember what exectly she said, but it meant "take it or not'. When I checked the room and came back to the front desk, the young guy was good. He said we could ask tommorrow morning to see if there is any non-smoking room available and if not we could ask for a air purifier. And he offered us free breakfast buffet when I complained parking was expensive. Breakfast was pretty good, other services were ok.

I wish I could give this "hotel" zero stars. I can't believe that it is rated 3 stars! I have spent the past month and a half in hotels around Los Angeles whilst waiting for my apartment to be ready. I am a very easy-going person and am not even remotely overly critical - which is why you should take what I say to heart. This has been by far and away the WORST hotel experience i've ever had. The women who "work" at the front desk (ie - ignore you while they chat and then treat you rudely) are horrific. I repeatedly asked for a non-smoking room (I have a 3 year old with asthma) and twice was given a disgusting, smokey room. These rooms are as bad as any motel 6 (actually, worse) I was afraid to let my son walk around barefoot or touch the sticky, dirty furniture. Beyond disgusting. And I have pretty low standards! One evening I realized that I needed a couple of towels. I phoned down to the front desk (the woman acted as if I was annoying her just by calling) and the woman told me if I wanted them I'd have to come and get them. It was 10pm and I was in my pajamas and my son was asleep so I couldn't leave him alone. Even after explaining this the woman rudely said "well, you can come and get them or not". To top it off I was charged by the hotel for my stay even though I had already paid through Priceline. I also had a mysterious $75 charge which no one at the hotel can seem to explain to me. I have been given a serious run-around - but trust me, I will be getting my money refunded. Don't let them take you for a ride too!! The location isn't worth all of this horror. There are many other better hotels in the area. Try ANY of them before this one.

I like the swimmingpool. I like there is breakfast. I think the rooms was a bit ugly but there is no more bad things about it. And it is not an important thing. I would like dinner on the hotel.

Hi the hotel had a nice pool and hot tub that was outside. Even though the weather was sort of cool in the evening the steamyness of the tub made a nice ending of the day. The walk from Hollywood blvd was sort of long and deserted. Our rooms were clean and the staff was nice.
