Bring your ID or your out
By Brett, 06/05/08
I arrived late at night the front door was locked and had to ring a bell. I had just renewed my drivers id and had a temporary (paper) id issued from my state drivers division. They would not take it. After much debate I was allowed a room. Was quickly awakened at 6:30 am to construction on the parking lot. Would not recomend this location. The Motel "6" next door would be better.

Great service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/12/07
The staff was very friendly and willing to help. My room was always spotless when I returned in the afternoon. Also, that was the best bed I've ever slept on. I didn't want to go home to my own bed, which is a rarity!

Awful Service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/23/06
The ppl at the front desk have no courtesy whatsoever, they do not know how to treat customers at all.....I completely discourage ppl to stay at this hotel.

won't be back
By Shirley R, 08/14/06
I called for reservations 3 days in advance. At that time I explained my husband is disabled and needs a ground floor smoking room,We were told the motel can not promise a ground floor, but "it looks like no problem".When we arrived, we were given a 2nd floor no smoking room.Once again I explained my husband needs a ground floor as he has severe breathing problems and a bad knee.We were moved to another(smoking room) on the 2nd floor and told the new room is "just down the hall".In fact it was on the other side of the building from the elevator. My husband had to stop to catch his breath 3 times before we got to the room.We then found out the key wouldn't work, and I had to go back down stairs to get another one. While waiting out side, and on leaving for supper,I noticed any number of very young adults with rooms on the first floor---these people were much more able to get around and more free to climb stairs. After all this we found a tub in our room that was very large and very deep which prevented my husband from taking a shower.I looked for an evalustion slip in the provided folder--non avalilable. When I asked about it i was told i couldn't get one from the front desk i had to use the one in the room.I explained we didn't have one and the desk clerk stated "well it's supposed to be there".I gave up and checked out.Needless to say, our money will spend anywhere and we will not return to your establishment again. There are alot of Motels that can and will be more than happy to take our money.Thank you,Shirley Roux

What I liked about this hotel was the customer service that I recieved. That is the MOST important thing about running a business and this place has it.
