Arrowhead Tree Top Lodge, Lake Arrowhead

This lodge was amazingly beautiful it seemed as if i was in a cabin. I loved the heated pool i don't know why the other reviews were bad but i had the best time there and the customer service offered was incredible you cant find that kind of service now a days. Even the owner was there helping customers which was very impressive.

This motel is a horrible value for the cost. The grounds were not clean trash and assorted incomplete projects at every turn. The rooms are dark and filled with cobwebs. In general the motel is tired and run down. The only light in the room was provided by wall mounted bed side lamps. The beds are not very comfortable. The pillows were less than an inch thick and long past their prime. The heat in the room was provided by one wall heater that left the bathroom ice cold. The coffee pot had caked crusted coffee on it. The fireplace did not draft well and filled the room with smoke. There was a sheared off bolt that stuck 1/2 inch above the carpet in front of the fireplace. The fireplace screen was leaned together and fell apart at one touch. The steep driveway could easily trap you if the weather gets cold or snows. AAA approved doesn't mean much these days.
