Clean rooms, clean sheets, clean bathroom, had a microwave, fridge, blowdryer...free breakfast :) Great for the deal

I strongly recomend not going here. I went here the last time and was given a room after paying $65.Once I got into the room I noticed the microwave didn’t work. The bell would sound but it wouldn’t come on. I had purchased a lot of frozen food items from a nearby store. I notified the same young person at the counter I checked into. He immediately came into my room and saw the problem. He told me to wait for 20 minutes until his maintenance person returns. I waited for two and a half hours and no one showed up into my room. I went back to the main desk and told the same person that nobody came to my room yet. He told me “Well I don’t know what I can do for you. I cannot change your room because all of the other rooms are reserved.” I told him that I will return the key to him and demanded a refund. He then told me “I cannot give you a refund because you’ve already been in the room. If you check out then we have to charge you a $20 early cancelation fee.” I refused to pay the fee so I stayed, but I argued about the broken microwave. He sent his night janitor to open the door to the janitor room and told me to use the microwave in that room. When I arrived in that room with my food the janitor told that I had “ten minutes to use the microwave!” I told him that I had a lot of food and he repeatedly told me “Ten minutes!” the room was filled with roaches and other bug infestation everywhere. I was unable to cook all of my food so I returned to my room with some items still frozen. My room also had stains all in the rug and on the ceiling. Later that night before I went to sleep the room was crawling with roaches all throughout the sink counter. I killed as many as I could before I went to sleep. The next morning when I checked out I told the second person that was working at the desk about the problem with the microwave. He told me that it wasn’t his problem. The people were rude at the front desk. I will not return to that place ever again.
