Hospitality Inn & Suites, Milwaukee

Good place to stay! My favorite hotel in this area for sure. Staff was kind. Ended up getting this hotel pretty cheap at SweetHotelDeals. Net actually.

this is our first stay, and we like the hotel, rooms are recently redone, everything looks new .new big 37" LCD TV made big difference. and hot breakfast was a nice.nice clean room and friendly staff. nicely decorated room.Quality Suites has two rooms and 2 Tv's and door between rooms

1 Booked 2 executive suites through hotesl.com for my wife and daughter to go and stay in with some friends - they lost the reservation and booked out the last two rooms while 8 people stood there to check in. The staff was rude to the children and called their own manager useless. This was at 3pm - they were given two rooms, one of which had a broken air conditioner, the other had vomit stains on the walls, chairs, broken window, open exhaust fan and the outlets looked burned. The general manager was finally brought into the situation at 6pm and promised to either fix the air conditioner so that the room could be used or bring up cots to the other room so everyone could sleep there. At 11:30pm I received a call from my wife that neither had been done. I was on the phone until 1:30 am - with still no resolution but having gotten them new rooms at a different hotel. I didn't physically stay in the hotel and it still has caused me large amounts of unneeded stress and frustration.

The only thing I liked was the location. Easy to get to, right off the highway. The room was in bad repair, very old, wallpaper stained and peeling, very outdated heat/air conditioner unit, chipped and ripped furniture, old mattress. Small TV's with only one remote for two TV's (remote didn't even work well, kept switching channels when put down!). The towels were very small and so thin and rough!! The shampoo and lotion were in foil packs and they just give you one of each. The free breakfast would have been good if they had it available. The bins were empty most of the morning. And the hot tub was out of service!

I stayed here few years back...and again I stayed here last week. WOW, now they are remodeling the whole hotel and it was really really a big difference and the it feels like a new and alot better hotel. I think the HOT breakfast was really good, as was the staff. I will surely come back again with my family, they just loved the swimming pool.

I have not stayed at the hotel as of yet but I have to say the flexability of the hotel in booking my stay while my husband will be spending time at Saint Lukes has been outstanding. If my stay is a good as their customer relations in booking this hotel I would expect nothing short of excellance. I will write again after my stay.

Nice hotel, I liked the drinks and ice cream bar. Hotel was really nice with the free hot breakfast and friendly staff. The best was the nice rooms with all the extra pillows.

Never in my life have i been so embarassed, I thought it would be a good idea to take my wife out to one of the fantasy suites, but it was more of a nightmare. This place is garbage from the lack of any sort of food service and the poorly trained staff. I would have been better off staying at my wifes parents house.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was it's location. It is central to most anything you would want to do in Milwaukee. Everything else was awful. The carpets in our room were so dirty that I couldn't put my 6 month old son on the floor. There was actually a very visible dirt path from one room to the next. My 2 daughters slept on the hide-a-bed in the couch. One corner of the bed was missing 5 of the springs that hold the mattress. The air conditioner made a funny grinding sound all weekend - all night - it kept waking up my son. We went to go swimming in the pool and it was too cold for us to swim in. My girls tried but I had to pull them out after 30 minutes because their lips were purple. I didn't even attempt to put my son in the water. The value was terrible because if it wouldn't have been for the coupon we found in a travel book we would have found another hotel - there was no way I was going to pay $109.00 to stay is a hotel where I can't let my son play on the floor.
