Sterling Motel, Winona

I saw the pictures on the web site, and I was coming to Winona for the holidays, this motel is a fraud, The first night I got bites on my legs from fleas, the people next door staying there, yelled through the walls, I was scared for their children, police cars parked in the parking lot and knocked on the doors. The bathroom had no door, mildrew grew on the shower curtain and the smell from mold and mildew made me get a lung infection. I received such bites on my skin I went to the doctor and the bites started to bleed, I asked for a refund nothing, we had no choice but to stick it out, I have been seeing the doctor ever since to get over the stay! NEVER NEVER AGAIN THAT PLACE IS WORSE THEN THE BATES MOTEL NEVER!!

Place is pretty cheap, but it dont seem like they clean it much. Aint worth paying for, spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else. Really didnt like the place and noone should go there.

the staff was very helpfull with dierctions and service.. this is a great motel if you want cheap and clean... it is a very friendly place to be.. its great i cant wait to go back... will go back and recommend to friends family

this place is a dump pure and simple , it is a cheap hotel which sums it up in a nutshell.
